Cancellation Policy

  1. In case of order cancellation, please cancel before it is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Exchange Policy (Only Exchange Available)

  1. Exchange is available for selected products only. Exchange eligibility is mentioned on the product page. The exchange policy may change without prior notice.
  2. Exchange requests are accepted only in case of damaged product, wrong item delivered, or missing item in a combo order.

Exchange Process

  • Once the product is picked up and passes quality check, the exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Important Notes for Exchange

  • Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product must have original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchange requests not raised within the applicable exchange period (refer to product page) will not be accepted.
